A CAD for every service
Calls come in from the FMS, from /999 in game or from your own scripts. Control grades them, attaches units and keeps a timeline, and every unit's status is on screen as it changes.

The MDT officers use in game
Officers open it with /mdt or F6 and hold a tablet while it's up, without leaving the game. They change status, see the CAD they're attached to, run PNC checks and write crime reports from it.

- FiveM resource
- Whitelist and bans on connect, duty, spawn, EUP, fleet and loadout menus. Standalone, so no ESX or QBCore needed.
- Discord bot
- Roles, nicknames, tickets, slash commands and alerts for 25+ events, with log channels it can create for you.
- L&D training
- A training calendar for Learning & Development. Sessions go out on Discord for trainees to sign up, with supervision and results.
- Leave of absence
- Members ask their service command for time off. Once it's approved, they show as on leave while it lasts.
- An address for every member and group addresses for teams. Names are suggested as you type, with Cc and Bcc.
- Moderation
- Punishments, IP bans, ban appeals and a live list of who's on your server.
- Community
- News, events with RSVPs, policies members must read, a forum, and rules you can post to Discord.
- Your branding
- Upload your logo, favicon and photos. The photos rotate on your public website and sign-in page.

Questions
- Do I need my own server?
- No. Your FMS runs on a server we look after, with its own database, nightly backups and HTTPS. You bring your Discord server, and your FiveM server for the in-game side.
- What do you need from us?
- Your Discord server ID and a Discord bot for your community (the setup page walks you through making one). For the in-game parts, you add the Matrix_FMS resource to your FiveM server.
- How long does it take?
- About half an hour once we have your Discord details. Then you set up your services, ranks and roles in Admin.
- Does it need ESX or QBCore?
- No. The resource is standalone, and has exports (profiles, duty, callsigns, permissions, PNC) for your own scripts if you want them.
- Is it only for UK servers?
- It comes with UK services, ranks, offences and PNC markers to start from. You can change or replace all of them.
- Are updates included?
- Yes. We install new versions for you while your licence is active.
- Who owns our data?
- You do. Each community has its own database. If you leave, you can have a full export before it's deleted.
- Can we try it first?
- Yes. The demo is a full copy with made-up officers and records. Change whatever you like; it resets every night.
- Can you add a feature we need?
- Yes. It's £10 if it goes into Matrix FMS for every community, or £20 if it's built just for yours. Tell us what you need and we'll say if it can be done.
