What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, your community's name, your Discord username, your email address if you give it, your community's size and your message. We also keep the IP address it came from, to stop spam and limit how often the form can be used.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up your FMS. We don't send marketing and we don't sell or share your details.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored on our own server and posted to a private channel in our Discord, where our staff read them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to you becoming a customer are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you change the accessibility options, a cookie remembers them. Our staff get a sign-in cookie when they use the staff panel.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Message us on Discord or send an enquiry saying so.
